James, the manager, and Mindy, his assistant have made this most pleasant experience in the world. James keeps this place absolutely immaculate and safe! He has always watching when he’s there or Mindy, until closing. I have never felt unsafe and I’ve always made sure I’m aware of my surroundings. He is one of the best managers of this type of business I have ever encountered. We left our storage unit unlocked one day, we thought it was locked. James called us within hours and told us he had done his walk and noticed ours did not look secured. He called us immediately, and when I went alone, he waited and made sure I was safe, and our unit was secure. I cannot say enough words about him. Mindy went above her duties when she knew I was under a lot of pressure. She is a true professional, and like James, she is a caring and kind person. This has been a difficult stage of my life, and they have been absolutely fantastic, as well having an immaculately clean building. If the world were more like these two, we would have a great world! They are both parents and giving people. I think their children are pretty lucky to have each one of them as a parent, and learn and see their values and work ethics!
